Biodynamics
Biodynamics is a key tool within the regenerative agriculture tool kit. It’s a holistic, ecological, and ethical approach to farming, gardening, food, and nutrition.
Proven for nearly a century all over the world, biodynamic methods promote the creation of organic matter, enriching and deepening topsoil and significantly improving its ability to retain water, sequester carbon and achieve fertility and balance.
And is a cost effective and personally rewarding method of producing high quality food and fibre. Based on the work of philosopher and scientist Rudolf Steiner, Biodynamics integrates our current scientific understanding of plants, animals, soil and ecosystem function with the acknowledgement of the spirit of Nature, and identifies mankind’s intimate and unique relationship with this web of life. Challenging and stimulating our engagement with life on Earth as part of the Cosmos is a cornerstone of Biodynamics.
